City Girl in Nature

City Girl in Nature is a remarkable project founded by Kwesia, who herself overcame significant challenges growing up in South-East London's Deptford area. Drawing from her transformative experience in the Peruvian Amazon Rainforest, where she found solace and connection in nature, Kwesia was inspired to give back to her community. Her project aims to bridge the gap between urban life and the natural world, especially for young people who may have never had the opportunity to explore the beauty and healing power of the outdoors.

City Girl in Nature is all about inspiring and educating young minds, both in schools and through exciting summer school programs filled with wilderness escapades. Kwesia's mission is to nurture a love for nature, offering city kids the chance to be healed, nourished, and live life abundantly through meaningful outdoor experiences. Collaborating with various partners, the project provides city kids with unique nature excursions that not only connect them with the environment but also foster essential skills, friendships, and a deep appreciation for the world around them. It's a heartwarming initiative that empowers young minds and enriches lives through the wonders of nature.
